Because Yahoo has refused to address the issue for years. No reason why rd4 deadline couldnt have been pushed to noon. Anytime theres a disruption in RL play, Yahoo screws it up. But keep your eyes open, they may open them once rd4 times are released even if its only an hour or two (its happened before).

It depends on the competency of the individual "manning the oars" at Yahoo. They can open it back up or keep it open according to their rules..................but depends on if anyone is working at the time or cares to make the change as to whether it gets done or not.

This situation has been a problem for years and has never been addressed. they should also sub the alternate who takes someone place after a player withdraws before ever hitting a shot. Just like this week when Bubba withdrew before ever hitting a shot. Billy mayfair was the alternate who got in, why not have a option to put Billy in your lineup instead of getting screwed with no points?
