Hey Guys,
I always have trouble filling fantasy golf leagues with knowledgeable people, so now I play at DraftStreet.

They do leagues every week for each individual tournament instead of season long leagues. They have free leagues, low stakes ($2, $5, etc...) and high stakes leagues every week and they handle all the payouts right after the last golfer finishes that week. It's convenient as you can play whenever you have the time and don't have to worry if you're going to get paid out or not.
