You can thank the Bushes and Reagan for the collapse of your state. The a-wipes in Bloomfield Hills may blame Obama but they still have their jobs even though they are the ones who made all the wrong decisions in the automotive industry. Two of those decisioins were to vote for Reagan and the Bushes. Remember Reagan's 20 minute $2,000,000 speach in Japan right after his presidency. Japan had to show their appreciation somehow.
