    Official Public League

This season will be my first in fantasy hockey so i have a few questions.
    1) Are they "official public leagues" where there is no chief of the league and created by Yahoo itself ?
    2) What are the difference categories for a Roto league ?
    3) How many players by position do we need ?
    4) If there is a official public league, how many owners will play ?

      Answers to your questions:
      1) Yahoo has complete control over public leagues; there is no league manager who serves as commissioner.
      2) Rotisserie scoring categories are goals, assists, plus/minus, power play points, penalty minutes, and shots on goal for forwards and defensemen; wins, shutouts, goals against average, and save percentage for goaltenders.
      3) Starting rosters consist of two centers, two left wings, two right wings, four defensemen, two goalies, four bench (can be any position); one injured reserve (player must be on real-life IR to qualify).
      4) Public leagues have 12 teams, regardless of scoring format (rotisserie or head-to-head).
