Should Brad Richards Be Cut From Can't Cut List?

I am center-eligible heavy in an auto-picked 12-team league. Brad Richards is my 5th best center, behind Lecavalier, Kopitar, Malkin and Elias. Any chance he'll be taken off the can't cut list in light of his poor performance YTD? The inability to cut him is causing significant roster management issues.

  You could try to trade him for a player not on the list, then drop that guy instead.
