-2013: start 2nd season - 10 keepers + 1 prospect player with 200 game or less AND 1 prospect 100 game or less
and for a goalie is 50 game or less played in the NHL - SO 12 Keepers overall.
-2013: start 2nd season 12 round draft.Draft order is reverse of previous seasons final standings.
for the team that will not make the play off the NHL lottery will decide the order of the draft you will be match with the real NHL lottery
teams,any change of rule like changing a category or any other will be PUT TO A VOTE AND WILL TAKE EFFECT ONLY THE NEXT SEASON,
