H to H Exactly how does this scoring system work ?

I've joined a few HtoH leagues for the first time. There are 6 Skater categories (G,A,+/-,PIM,PPP and SoG), as well as 4 Goalie categories (W, GAA, SV% and SO) for a total of 10 scoring categories. Exactly how does one win the week ? For example, if I win 5 and lose the other 5, how is the winner decided?

Please be aware this is my first time using this system, so no need to respond with harsh comments. the simpler the explanation, the better.

Thanks in advance to those who respond.

    • Depends. If it is a "One-win" scoring league whoever wins the most cats gets the win. Ties are ties. You'll end the week with one win, one loss, or one tie depending on if you win more, fewer, or even number of categories. Doesn't matter if you win by a ton or by a bit, as long as you win.

If it is not "one-win" then you simply get a "win" for each category that you win. Under this scoring you could end up 5-3-2 after the first week. Better to win big than barely win.

Basically, you need to provide more info to before you get an accurate answer. More than likely though, it is covered above.
