Commissioner Corner Message Board
Our head-to-head keeper league needs two more GMs! The buy in is $20 per team (total of ten teams). The eight of us in the league are a group of friends - five in Pittsburgh, one in Virginia, and two in Los Angeles - and we're looking for two hockey fans to join our league. This is our league's third season, so here are the two teams that are available right now:
Team A - Also has two 3rd round and two 7th round picks, and no 12th or 15th pick.
Team B - Also has two 8th round picks, but no 6th round pick.
Patrick Kane (K)
Thomas Vanek (K)
Roberto Luongo (K)
You can keep three players. The (K)s in Team B are players that were kept from the first season, so they can be kept for one more season but must be drafted in the first rounds.
We'd love to get two GMs who are interested in sticking around for future seasons, but of course you're more than welcome to stay for just one season too! The payout is all done through Paypal, and is as follows:
1st - $75
2nd - $50
3rd - $35
4th & 5th - Get their money back ($20 each)
Anyway, let me know if you're interested in joining or want any additional info!

Ok, team B's best keeper options are as follows:
Patrick Kane (1st round)
Anze Kopitar (1st round - or 2nd round if Kane is kept too)
Kris Letang (5th round)
Milan Michalek (16th round)
Ryan Miller (1st round, 2nd round, or 3rd round, depending on whether Kane and/or Kopitar were kept)
Martin Brodeur (7th round)
I'd say probably keep Kane, Kopitar, and Michalek, and then you'd have draft picks as follows:
3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th, 8th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th. Not bad at all.
