universal hockey league needs 1 more for 20 team auto draft outside of USA would be nice

Our international hockey league needs 1 more manager fro 20 team 4 division league.Auto draft head to head. Would like someone from outside US, but someone with a story about a trip or living in another country would do at this point since It's my last league to fill!
