This is a third year dynasty league, and you would be taking over the roster for a manager that is not returning. This is a very active league with a lot of trading and knowledgeable managers. Only join if you really know hockey because the rosters are deep. The waiver priority is in reverse order of the previous seasons standings, so any bad teams get first dibs on top rookies.
