Here's a little list when I noticed a hand full of times yahoo miscalculated some stats. God only knows how many more they messed up. I swear, just because it's the NHL, even though I find it the best sport, doesn't mean you can make mistakes. If anybody else has some examples then put it on blast.
April 3rd Crosby gets goal and 2 assists and they win 5-3. He ends up -1
March 31 Vrbata Goal, Assist, PHX wins 4-0, he ends at 0 aka even
March 25 Moulson scores, isles win 3-2, Moulson ends -2
Dustin brown has 3 goals and an assist, the kings win 4-0. How does Brown end up a +2 and not +4?
Feb. 29th Derek Roy scores, sabres win 2-0 and he is 0 instead +1
I would like to say that as we come to the end of the 2011 2012 season these last few days my teams keep scoring points yet my teams in the standings keep getting minus in league points yet other teams who have not scored points they get points in the standings?

This is exactly what is happening to me too! I don't know why. An example: I have Stamkos on one of my teams, he scored two goals and an assist the other day (and a +1 and 6 shots), and still my team got minus points, while other teams who didn't have players who scored, got + points. Sometimes I just don't understand how they figure the points out.
Wow! Get your facts straight dude! Powerplays don't factor into +/-. Therefore, someone can score 2 PP goals and get an assist on the PP, and still end up -1 if they were on the ice during either and even-strength goal or a short-handed goal against. This is why the NHL will never be the #1 sport in the USA, because even some of it's fans don't understand the game.
You don't understand how +/- is calculated.
You get a +1 if you're on the ice when you team scores an EVEN-STRENGTH or SHORT-HANDED goal.
You get a -1 if you're on the ice when your opponent scores an EVEN-STRENGTH or SHORT-HANDED goal.
2 of Crosby's 3 points tonight came on the PP - those do not count toward +/-. He was also on the ice for two goals against. Thus, 1 - 2 = -1
I'm sure this explains all of the other scenarios you came up with.
