Because Yahoo doesn't care about Hockey. This is the last group they pay attention to. They're too busy with Baseball and NCAA right now to care.

But if its anything like the Forsberg fiasco of last year, Yahoo will add Radulov sometime after midnight. They usually dont add players to free agents during the day.
