I'm not sure the rule, but the game ended 0-0 and then was won in the shoot-out. So, Miller did not give up any goals (in regulation or overtime) and therefore should still get credit for a shutout even though the team lost in the shoot out.

It won't be a stat adjustment because Miller lost 1-0 in a shootout.
If it gets to a shootout and it is 0-0, both goalies get a shutout. Just like how goals against don't count in a shootout, they don't count if you've allowed 0 goals leading up to it.
Miller got a shutout, so he gets one for fantasy. -
