So someone just dropped Brodeur in my league. Hedberg is also a FA.
My group of forwards/d-men are tops in my league, but my goaltending is mediocre (Roloson & Bobrovsky).
Should I just grab Brodeur or grab Hedberg as well?
I could sacrifice a forward to make it happen, but logic would say Brodeur will eventually gain his starting spot back rigght?
The forward I would be sacrificing would be someone like Downie (who is the best PIM guy because he gets points as well)...or someone like Cleary or Berglund who I was planning to add at midnight.

Drop a forward and pick up Brodeur. Prior to his injury Brodeur had only lost once in 7 games while giving up a measly 10 goals. Not to mention he plays for the hottest team in the league right now who have gone 15-1-2 over their last 18. If he comes back and continues his strong play but for some reason you decide you don't need him, you will most likely be able to trade him for a better forward than you dropped to pick him up.
Drop a forward and grab Broduer. Drop Roloson? Ummm - no, his numbers are soft in TB but still a quality Goal Tender. You need some depth especially waiting for Broduer to come back which he will in the next week or so. Hedberg has always just been a backup in quality.
Drop Roloson and pick up Brodeur. I used to have Rolie, than I dropped him for Niemi. When Brodeur is 100% he will take over the #1 goaltender. Before Brodeur's injury, he has been doing good and putting up a good GAA and SV%. While Roloson has been killing my GAA and SV% and I'm guessing yours too.
