How did you know they were inactive. I suspect some people in my league aren't keeping up because its public.

  in the league page, click the sub heading "managers". it will show you the last ...
  
  in the league page, click the sub heading "managers". it will show you the last time a manager connected to your league. you can also click on any team you wish an monitor their weekly rosters. if they have players benched who are playing, or injured players that not on IR or are not gonna play this season, they are inactive.
