If his team is your main concern, then I'd have to ask why it matters- since you're in it for the long run anyways, and I'm moreso looking for guys who are interested in the league itself and looking to have fun, rather than guys who want to manage until the team struggles, and then bailing.

The league takes most of the elements from a regular public league, but tweaked a little to take the whole keeper league into consideration.

Of course, public leagues have 3-4 managers, and then the others just quit being active the rest of the way, so it's a joke. If you like to play against active guys all year, then throw your hat in!
