Commissioner Corner Message Board
We're like half way through and here's the team I've managed to put together in a 10man H2H league.
C- Peverley, Thornton
LW- Parise, Gagne, Hartnell
RW- Gaborik, Bobby Ryan(LW), Hossa
D- Drew Doughty, Dan Boyle, Erik Johnson, Visnovsky
G- Thomas, Rask, Niemi
We start 2 C, LW, RW, G and 4 D. As of a pending trade (for this team) I'll be short 1 player and could use advice on what to beef up;
FA include: Frolov(LW), Krejci(C), Callahan(RW), Eriksson(LW,RW), Plekanec(C), Horton(C,RW), Stastny(C), Wolski(LW), Osgood(G), Hiller(G), Howard(G), Conklin(G).
Thanks in advance!
since you're starting 2 centers, i would try trading gange or gaborik (because they are injury prone) for a center of equal value. but your team looks really good.
but wow, must be a shallow league or inactive managers..
Id drop Peverley and Hartnell for Stasney and Horton and run 3 goalie rotation.
If markov is available on the FA id grab him to boltster your D.
As for goalies, it seems that Thomas has reclaimed the starter role in Boston id grab Howard since he looks like the starter in detroit.
i just added woltek, choice was between him and horton. i'm a ranger fan and i say no to callahan, too streaking. if you get points for pim, keep hartnell, if not, drop him and pick up both horton and woliski.
Figure out some kind of trade to land another starting goalie to help Thomas out!
Maybe replace Rask with Howard and drop Nieme for Hiller. Just my opinion
