IM A COMMISH I NEED HELP

ok so my league is drafting tomorrow. I need help from a commish as to putting more time on the clock between picks. SOme of my friends live at college and they get booted from the servers so i need to increase the time from 2mins to like 3 or 4mins in between picks................is there a way to do this?

please help

  As far as I know it cannot be done. The time limit is set by Yahoo.
