I think that vetoing a trade should only be used when there's obvious collusion between two teams and this is pretty suspect. I understand that certain managers may not have as much knowledge as others, which is one reason why I wouldn't automatically veto a lopsided trade. However, this trade does not even make sense for an ignorant manager. He's giving away the farm for one guy who may not even play again this season and another guy who might come back for the last month of the season. This smells of collusion or a manager who just decided to give up on his team, which is also not fair for the rest of the league. In a very rare move, I would most likely veto this trade.
