    Deep, 20 Team Expert League!

I think weekly line ups involve far more strategy. With daily line ups, people just put in their line up whoever is playing that day. With weekly line ups you have to think about the upcoming match ups. Weekly line ups also enable you to keep some up and coming players on your bench who are not playing much ice time early in the season, but may pay off later in the season (with daily changes you are penalized if all your players aren't currently in big roles since you must use all your players each week). Also weekly changes prevents people from adding and dropping people just to gain more points in that particular series by having more players playing.

    • can't do weekly changes either?

    • Ok thanks,...the only thing with h2h, is that i think stats like blocked shots, saves, hits, pims ect ect are usless.... it seems like a waste of time to keep track of those stats when really a gm dosent really care about those stats. you know what i mean? i like the intensity of the game and don't want to pay that close attention to smaller details of the game when you have such a great game to watch. can you customize a league to what you want? i heard of this keeper league with salary caps and stuff... does that type of format allow for customizing?

      Thanks guy

With Yahoo Fantasy Hockey the commisioner can customize certain things such as the number of teams in the league, the number of players per roster, pick from a list of stats which ones they want to count and a few other things. No salary caps with Yahoo, but I am sure some web sites offer this.
