M. Richards for Conacher keeper trade

Ive been offered Conacher and a 4th rounder for M. Richards and a 6th in a keeper league where we keep 15. I've been skunked 3 weeks in a row and going nowhere. Looking for youth and draft picks in trades to rebuild. What do you think on the trade?
