D for D trade

I got offered Shea Weber for my Justin Shultz. Good trade or not? Shultz is having a great season and most people think he's going to stay this good. Weber is having a #$%$ season so far, but he's too good to stay this bad, right? Thoughts?
PPG = 3
Goal = 2
Assist = 1
PIM = 0.5 point
GWG = 3
SOG = 0.25
+/- = 1/-1
H2H points league, 12 team.
PS: my team is 3-0-0 (first place) his team is 2-0-1 (3rd place)

  Do not do it. Weber looks lost without Suter, and Schultz is the best upcoming defenseman in the league. And Schultz is easily showing it, playing some great hockey at an elite level.
