12 Team H2H standard scoring and settings

with Ian white coming off of IR I need to drop someone and was wondering who.

My D are

P.K. Subban

Mark Streit

Dan Girardi DTD

Oliver Ekman-Larsson

Ian White in my IR spot

so who should I drop to bring white back or should I drop Ian white
