No. Kessel is in a scoring funk right now but when he scores one, he's gonna score a bunch. He's gonna turn out to still be a very valuable fantasy player this year. I think him and Kane should be pretty even point wise this year.
I wouldn't want to risk taking Schneider right now either-Luongo has started 3 straight games and has been playing great. You could see them splitting lots of time this year unless he gets traded. Smith is more reliable, is Phoenix's number 1 without question, and will provide you with a lot of wins.
