I'm a new fantasy hockey player...could use a little help here!

I'm a bit out of touch with many of today's players. I'm looking to drop some dead weight and add some FAs. Which of these players should absolutely be cut from my team??

Latendresse
Hornqvist
Derek Roy
Grabovski

Possible replacements are
Matt Duchene
Hodgson
Turris
Diaz
Kassian

  Lose Latendresse and Hornqvist. Roy is on IR, so stash him if you can. Duchene is available? For real? Dang - nab him quick. And Diaz if you need a D. He is on fire. Kassian is on Vancouver's top line, so he's a good play. Turris and Hodgson are both better than any of the guys you listed except possibly Grabo.
