1.draft players who are on the rise(Seguin,Kopitar,etc) first couple rounds.
2. Don't second guess yourself.
3. mid rounds look for guys who should have been drafted higher(example:E Kane was drafted in the 9th round in my league)
4. there will be good available players in free agency after draft so don't worry about missing
