I'd probably go with Mike Richards. He's on a very good team, meaning his +/- should be decent, plus he covers a lot of the peripheral stats used by your league. Benn is an up-and-comer, but it's hard to imagine the Stars being a good team this year. St. Louis would get you a lot of assists and PPP, but won't cover many of the other stats. So I give it to Richards with a slight edge over Benn.
