If you are for sure taking one or the other, I would do the first one if I were you. As the other reply mentioned, your potential upside is much higher with the first trade. Whether or not those three players can actually perform is a separate question.
Lastly, why would you not keep Vrbata? I would rather keep Skinner as a C, and make Vrbata a RW while dropping Krejci. But, that's just me.
Do the first trade... that gets you amazing value.
But it also depends on which players you WONT be able to keep now since you are getting back 3 potential keepers.
