How many teams would be helpful. While Lucic does not get a ton on the PP nor does he shoot as much as the others, he will get you near 30/30 production give or take, strong +- strong hits and PIM. Depends what your 1st 4 picks are. I'm a believer in balance. When I actually draft the full team, which on this ID I only did one, Renagade Sabres, I go for the balanced players, Lucic, Brown, Backes, Clowe, Doan types.
Couture will be a long time stud, Lucic is a 30/30 ceiling guy. As much as I like Lucic, I'd lean towards Couture here. I see 30+ per year outa him and PPG as early as next year. Can get hits and PIM later. Now if you drafted Backes already, go Lucic here lock it up. I was in a league, same scoring except (P) I had Backes, Lucic, Brown, and Doan, I'd have won that championship easily if I did not lose Price and Howard,lol.
Go Couture unless you have Backes. If you have Backes gotta go lucic.
