Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
Should I accept this trade? I give up Datsyuk and a 6th round pick for Yandle and 4th round pick. It's a pretty deep keeper league.
I'm thinking when you factor in ages this is a good trade plus I have a good staple of young center in Mikko Koivu, Mike Richards and Adam Henrique.
My defense needs work after Character and Suter. I have Kronwall and a couple of rookie prospects Nikita Nikitan and Jared Cowen.

or a top 50 forward... for a top 100 d man......... i dunno how deep the keep leaugue is but even if you keep 8 players on your team which in mine we only keep 5 ........... yandle is not a keeper under any circumstances
i understand its a keeper but you would still be giving up a top 10 - 15 player for a D that may be getting to much credit for only having one good year under his belt..it sounds to me like its 90pt upside to 55-60pt upside.. i would keep Datsyuk

Not to be mean but it shouldn't even be a question. If you were to make the trade I'd ask for much more and I don't think you should have to give up anything else but Datsyuk, the pick is him getting a little carried away. Yandle will not put up the points he did last season. Datsyuk is having a great year and could get your team 90+ this year. Also, Datsyuk is a first/second round pick compared to Keith Yandle who I would never pick before like the 8th round, if that.
