I'm in a Rotisserie league with a Games Played Limit. My games played for Goalie seems to be climbing even though i've been benching my players. Why is this happening? How can I lower it?
Any advice would help.
Thanks!-

wouldn't worry about G games too much. all it takes is for one to get hurt or benched, you'll drop back down fast.- View Replies

play your goalies all the time, if they're scheduled to play, play them. you being at -12 and it increasing in number, not in actual number value means you're projected to have actually a lot less games played than you should, you're crippling yourself by not playing games you're entitled to play.

-12 means you won't hit your limit.
+12 means you'll run out of games early.
no wonder the number is going "up" when you bench. -

Wouldn't worry about it too much at this point. If you have roster space, consider dropping one for a solid spot starts every now and then.
I personally don't play my goalies all the time - i try to avoid high scoring teams or just bad match ups. But if you are at -12 and only have 3 goalies, I would try to play them more often. But sometimes NHL schedules work so that they just don't play that many games for stretches of time.
