im at -12 right now. I have 3 goalies so there was a stretch where i was using all 3 of them. I have been benching them but for some reason my games played went higher, how come this happened when i didn't play anybody?

I personally don't play my goalies all the time - i try to avoid high scoring teams or just bad match ups. But if you are at -12 and only have 3 goalies, I would try to play them more often. But sometimes NHL schedules work so that they just don't play that many games for stretches of time.
