RW - Martin Havlat, Corey Perry, Max Pacioretty (LW), Bobby Ryan (LW), Rick Nash (LW), Alex Semin (LW), Joe Pavelski (C), David Backes (C)

LW - Ryan Clowe, Max Pacioretty (RW), Bobby Ryan (RW), Rick Nash (RW), Alex Semin (RW), Matt Duchene (C)

D - Kevin Shattenkirk, Kyle Quincey, Mark Streit, PK Subban, James Wisniewski, Keith Yandle

So what 3 C, LW, RW; 5D, and 1 Util should I start?

  You definitely picked the most confusing way to arrange your lineup for anyone to pick your lineup. It would be easier to tell us how many to bench with the way you arranged it.
  
  I would bench Backes, Duchene, and Havlat. Pick a D. If you are trying to preserve your +/- then I would pick Wis against the Bs to bench.
  
  Next time arrange your lineup differently
