    Trade Advice! Iginla, Elias and Carlson for Gaborik, Eberle and Keith?

    Hello all,

    I am contemplating trading away Iginla, Elias and John Carlson for Gaborik, Eberle and Duncan Keith.

    My pool scoring is 1pt for a goal or an assist, and an extra point for a PPG, SHG or GWG.

    I am wary of Gaborik's injury risk, but the potential of Eberle and Keith over Elias and Carlson is tempting.

    Thoughts?

      I would say the Gaborik, Eberle, Keith side wins

      Keith will probably put up more points than Carslon...
      Eberle and Elias should be pretty close to even
      Iginla is off to a slow start but he had 3 points tonight...

      It is very even to me...it's tough to say, and it might be risky trading Iginla in hopes that Gaborik will stay healthy and return to form

        I am thinking of pulling the trigger. If everything goes right for Gaborik, he will get as much or more than Iginla, but that's a big IF.

        The clincher is that Keith should get more than Carlson, as Carlson is losing all his PP time to Green and Wideman (though Green has been hurt, and he's gotten some more time)

        I like Elias, but he's getting old, and right now might be a good time to sell him high, as I think Eberle might have a good breakout year with the Kid Line in Edmonton.

        The Gaborik injury proneness is the big concern in the end!

        Anyone else?
