So, I got Niemi, Halak, and Schneider for my goalies. Obviously Niemi and Halak (even as bad as he's played) are keepers. Schneider isn't gonna get much playing time no matter how bad Luongo is. So my question is, of the available goalies in my league, are any of these a better pick-up over Schneider, given that Schneider has been a beast so far this year:
Craig Anderson (Ott - G) Ondrej Pavelec (Wpg - G) Evgeni Nabokov (NYI - G) Al Montoya (NYI - G) Michal Neuvirth (Was - G) Johan Hedberg (NJ - G)
Also, I was wondering if I should swap Mike Ribeiro for his teammate Steve Ott. They're pretty similar in stats but Ott brings more to the table in terms of both penalty minutes and hits. Hits is one area on my team I could really improve on and by adding Ott I'd be doing that, plus adding his penalty minutes would allow me to drop Chris Neil (who is my main source of penalty minutes) for a more productive RW like:
David Jones (Col - RW) Daniel Alfredsson (Ott - RW) Matt D'Agostini (Stl - RW)
Or should I just stand pat right now and let Schneider be my 3rd goalie and let Neil be my main source of PIM's and bring a lot of hits while letting others pick up the slack for goals/assits/etc.?
