Brayden Schenn, who was loaned to the AHL's Adirondack Phantoms on Tuesday, may rejoin the Philadelphia Flyers on their trip to Boston for Thursday's regular season opener.

Impacts: Schenn's trip to the AHL is purely for salary cap reasons as his cap hit decreases from $3.1 million to $1.75 million as a result of the transaction. He won't be in the lineup versus the Bruins, but the Flyers want him playing in the NHL this year.
