Thanks Jaz. I actually just dropped Alfredsson. He's got great potential for towards the end of the season, and if he does end up getting injured, he's easily replaced. I'm pretty sure I'm going to replace Laich with Leino right away. Is there really any point in hanging onto Laich anymore. He's on a second Washington line that isn't really producing, whereas Leino's been getting time on the Hartnell/Briere line.
Should this be a no-brainer or what?
Also looking at Ray Whitney, Grabovski, Malone, Kunitz, and Jussi Jokinen (and holding out for Forsberg whenever he hits free agency, hopefully).
I'm also looking at dropping Laich as well. Are Alfredsson and Laich done for the rest of the season?

I dropped him and haven't looked back. Ottawa just can't get anything going this year, so pretty much there whole team is no good for fantasy this year. Even Gonchar is no good really so far. If you need a winger I'd prob grab malone or gagne if they are available since tbay's offense is crazy. If you need a center go grabovski, though I'm not sure how likely to keep up the pace he's been on pre all-star break
I should think so. I dropped Alfie too, what a disappointment...sigh.
I would go for Jokinen and Whitney right now if you're going to replace your W's. No doubt Jokinen will get cold soon, but by that time, there will be more hot options!
