Agree with ^^^. Try trading both of them but I would keep Alfredsson right now. He will either pick up and start producing or he is still better trade bait then Bourque so you can get something better for him.

Agree with the general consensus. Don't drop Alfie. He's better trade bait and WILL turn it around. Do you not have a crappy person you can drop for Suter? If you could do Bourque for Chara that would be nice but honestly, if the league is offensive minded, you're better off keeping Bourque and seeing if someone like Brent Burns or A. Pieterangelo is available. Have a look at my Crosby post if you get a chance :)
