Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
I get: corey perry, bobby ryan, jonathan quick
I give: rick nash, ilya kovalchuk, loui eriksson
Craig Anderson (IR)
the devils arent going to continue to be this bad so ilya and brodeur will come around and when anderson gets back youll be needing to scramble to trade a goalie for a forward which is basically the opposite of what your doing now.
honestly i think your situation looks fine and i wouldnt panic if i were you. its a fair offer but your team looks good enough to win as is to me so id pass.
take the trade. corry perry is one of best RW's you going to get for fantasy. puts up pretty good numbers as far as offensive stats go, and he puts some big PIM numbers up. and quick is smokin in goal. i'd jump all over this trade.
It may be tough for him to accept that, with Nash & Kovi struggling like they are, and especially if pims are a stat category in your league. And he may realize that both Rask & Varlomov will start getting more starts as the season goes on. Doesn't hurt to try though, some guys love the dual position guys. And it should generate a counter offer from him.

That's pretty much what I was thinking. Brodeur's been average at best too.
And Kovalchuk is really under performing. I'll bet that he finishes the year with pretty good numbers but his start has been terrible.
