    8 team league. How can I improve my team through FA's?

      Your team is a really good, it's an 8 man league so that's expected but still, here's what I would do.

      The best goaltender of the group is Jonathan Quick. You will loses a couple of starts between him and Howard but Quick is the better goaltender and he's got more competition pushing him to be better, make no mistake though, he won't lose the number 1 this year. Grab him, drop Anderson. Anderson has been good, but the Avalanche haven't looked as competitive so in such a deep league he is not as valuable.

      Drop Voracek and pick up Neal. Dallas is going to have a great offensive season and Neal will be a big part of that. I would also grab Brian Campbell but since he's on IR right it's your choice whether to grab him now or later.

      Also, keep an eye on Vanek. If he ever lives up to his potential he could really help your LW.

        Ok this is some bad advice you are getting here. Nobody should be taking Quick over Howard. There is NO RISK with Howard getting overtaken by Osbad but Quick may be on a short leash with a STUD in Jon Bernier breathing down his neck. Quick will play better because he is being pressured? Give me a break he chocked hard under pressure from the Canuck series in only round 1. Also you have to take into account of which TEAM IS BETTER. Detroit or LA? I say Detroit will finish as the first seed in the West. Howard will not even need to be steller for that team to get many wins.

        I agree with grabbing Neal. He is awsome! but don't grab BRIAN CAMBELL. This guy is really overrated. He is completely one dimensional player. All you will be getting here is ASSISTS and nothing else. If that's your thing go for it.

      I'm a big fan of Neal, but you are over-loaded with wingers.
