Here is my team in a 10 team roto league, standard stats
C- Malkin, Backstrom, Plekanec, Zajac
LW - Kovalchuk, Sharp, Huselius
RW - Hossa, Downie, Brown
D - Subban, E. Johnson, Seabrook, Carlson, McBain
G - Brodeur, Neuvirth, Varlamov, Turco, Price
IR - Markov
Right now I still have Varlamov in an IR position and will need to drop somebody. McBain will go for sure, and with Markov coming back I will need to shed another spot.
I now have 5 goalies, can only start two nightly and won;t need them all. I just picked up Brodeur cheap for Marleau straight up from a frustrated owner.
I am thinking of trading a goalie plus another player in a 2 for 1. Which goalie should I trade? A team that desperately needs goalies has Datsyuk, Kane and Booth I can target.
Which of my goalies should I focus on trading? I am thinking Neuvirth since he is hot, the Caps will try to get Varlamov back in the fold. I figure if he still gets hurt I have Brodeur, Turco and Price to fall back on still. Thoughts?
