I want to pick up Matt Stajan, who plays really well with Phil Kessel on his wing.
I'm looking to drop either Tim Connolly or Antoin Vermette to do this. They have virtually identical stats. Connolly plays for a better team and has a better collection of forwards around him, but Vermette centers Rick Nash. Personally I like Connolly because as a player he is much more talented and is a proven point-per-game player in the right circumstances.
