Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
Hey my league is a 8 man league and the forward stats are: G, A, +/-, PIM, PPP, GWG.
These are the forwards im willing to drop.
Guerin (F - Pit)
Gagne (F - Phi) <--Injured
Pavelski (F - SJ) <--Injured
Tavares (F - NYI)
Are any of them worth dropping for any of these FA's?
Ales Kotalik (NYR - F)
Mikael Samuelsson (Van - F)
James Neal (Dal – F)
Brad Richards (Dal – F)
Alexander Frolov (LA - F)
Rich Peverley (Atl - F)
Evander Kane (Atl – F)
Chris Kunitz (Pit - F)
Wojtek Wolski (Col - F)
I also have Kovulchuk who is injured so because so many people are injured i really need to change my team around.
Which of my forwards should i drop for any of these FAs?
I would be keeping pavelski on IR, gagne is done for the year since sports hernia surgeries if he has it take a while, so I would pick wolski up for him.
Guerin I would pick richards up, frolov for tavares, and then add kotalik or peverley as a freeby, since u moved pavelski to IR
IR Gagne when you get the chance. Drop Pavelski or, preferrably, Guerin for B. Richards--Guerin's OK, but he's not going to be a point-per-game guy, and Richards might. Pavelski might, but you've got a lot of injury concerns. Otherwise, keep what you've got. It's too soon to know with Tavares, and nobody but Richards is a better bet anyway.
Drop Guerin, Gagne (likely will be out for awhile) and Pavelski. Keep Tavres as he will be decent but depends on if you can go through his plus/minus which wont be pretty.
Pick Up Frolov, Richards, E.Kane (he is now on the top line with Kovy injured)
However, if you need pp points and short term pp production, pick up kotalik and peverley as they will get you more pp ppoints but less reliable long term than the players listed above.
