    • Briere is supposedly coming into camp in the best shape of his career and is also playing RW alongside Richards and Gagne where he is a lock for 70 points and +10-15. He isn't as injury prone as his reputation. Before last year he played in 78 or more games 5 out of 6 seasons.

You also have to look at his linemates. His 95 point year in Buffalo he played with a combination of Thomas Vanek (who had 50 games experience before that year), Maxim Afinogenov (who tanked as soon as Briere left him), Ales Kotalik and Jochen Hecht (both of whom are third line talents).

He makes the people around him better and has been a point per game player since the lockout. He'll be playing alongside the best talent he's ever played with and there is absolutely no reason that he shouldn't be owned in every league.
