3. Crosby (definitely, DEFINITELY no lower)

4-5 could be the following:

Getzlaf (all around)
Parise
Richards (if SHP are calculated, this is a must, if not, not even a top five pick)

Probably outside of the top five, but right up there:
Iginla, Semin, Carter, Datsyuk, Kovalchuk, Thornton, Brodeur and even Mike Green would be picks I'd be okay with at 4-5.

Really, outside of the top pick next year, it'll be a very deep draft.
