I agree with LucD, except I prefer more moves. I think 50 moves is a nice limit, but then you have the issue of some guy saving all his moves for the playoffs. I don't know if this is an option, but there should be some way of freezing all rosters once the playoffs begin.

50 moves for H2H --- make the guys think b4 just adding someone - this eliminates your streaming - plus reset the total at playoff time and cap it at 1 per week

82 is perfect, you have to know how to run a team, if they cannot manage a 82 games season...

82 is perfect, you have to know how to run a team, if they cannot manage a 82 games season they dont deserve to be in a Hockey Pool (It means to sit player on some night, not always have a full lineup). After the 82 is over, your points no longer counts. :-P

And regarding the transaction limit I would use 25max season moves
