Ya you need goalies, and some of your players had great starts but now are doing nothing. Try to trade them away and get either better goalies and better players. Also, way too many enforcer type guys, sur PIM are great, but there only one stat. Perry and Lucic get plenty of PIM, and points, so keep them. Try to trade away like
LW Ryane Clowe (cant do anything of late)
LW Mason Raymond (Cant do anything this year)
RW David Backes (Doesnt help for much more than PIM, also horrible for +/-)
RW Blake Wheeler (He had a hot streak, got some points, and currently has an awesome +/-, but that will be going down)
D Christian Ehrhoff (Had a great start, but isnt doing much lately)
BN Bryan Little (Cant do anything lately, also his +/- has started to drop by alot)
BN Sean Avery (Doenst have a home, and is only good for PIM, and minimal scoring)
BN Brandon Dubinsky (Had one of the best starts to this season, but now cant do anything)

Some guys still think these guys have value, get rid of them and get a better goalie instead.

Sabourin will lose starts when fluery gets back.

Trade one goalie and a forward or two for a proven Goalie.
nabokov, Luongo, Lundqvist, Kiprosoff, Fluery, Backstrom, Thomas etc.

Your forward are good and your defense is good too.

Here is what I would do.

A. Dump Avery. He isn't coming back any time soon. Look for Versteeg in the FA market is he's available.

B. Use Iginla, Perry, or Weber to use as trade bait to get a top flight goaltender. You can shoot for the stars and try to grab Nabokov or Lundqvist. Price, Backstrom(G), or Kiprusoff might be less costlier options.
