I could also try and get him to throw in Plekanec or Grabovski in the deal to grab another decent center. I got alot of MTL guys already and they are all underperforming.

Recchi and Wheeler are probably my two best options in the FA pool and shanahan but there is no timetable for a comeback

I doubt the Iginla owner takes this trade.

Staall is struggling and is at C.......the deepest postion in hockey. and Ward just isn't a very good goalie.

really its that clear cut that I should grab iginla it is a pretty deep league and the FA pool is very weak. Staal has 80 shots on net and 20 pims and is clearly going to break out of this sooner or later.

P.S. the pencil in the ear or knife in the ear made no sense to me. Please explain that one if you get a chance
