I would definitely keep him. I agree with the others who have identified the fact that although he's off to a slow start (the whole team is), he's the right player in the long run. In fact, I wouldn't advise dropping either Ribeiro or McDonald. Those are 2 solid players there, and Carter will not be better than McDonald in my opinion.
