Team A gets: Kopitar, Frolov, Bouchard

Team B gets: Toews, Kane, Brunette

*it is also a keep league in which each team keeps 3 players

    • thanks, i still really don't know what to do with this one

    • Team B wins because of how bad the Kings are. Frolov and Kopitar will both be in the minus 20 range.

    • my vote goes to team A. Kopitar is young and only getting better. Frolov or Bouchard arent very old either.

Brunette isnt a rookie anymore... and he's on the decline. Sure Toews and Kane were great last year, but I'm still not convinced that they will continue at the same exponential rate... Toews will be the best player in the deal, but Kopitar is right there with him. Kane is great, but I still think Toews is the better of the two. What makes team A the winner is you get a little of everything. Someone who has proven he can produce year after year in Frolov, Kopitar who has been superb in his first 2 years pro, and Bouchard who is a solid RW that is still young and keeps getting better.

Team B is boom or bust. If Kane doesnt continue at his break neck pace, the deal is a bust. Granted Chicago is a much better team than LA this year, but that is this year. LA will improve, their biggest weakness is goaltending and D. Once Doughty gets some experience and they get a goalie who can win some games LA will be a pretty good hockey club. And as far as the other players are concerned Brunette is just a warm body to make the deal 3 to 3. Brunette is why Team B looses.

With it being a keeper league Team A wins. That is assuming that LA cant possibly suck forever...
