G - Kiprusoff, Miller, Bryzgalov
He offers: (LW) Ovechkin, (D) Blake, (G) Vokoun
He wants: (LW) Morrow. (D) Phaneuf. (G) Bryzgalov
Counter offer Morrow, Striet and Miller for Ovechkin, Blake and Voukoun.
This will tell you who he wants more, Bryzgalov or Phanuef (I'm guessing Phanuef)
If thats who he really wants, give him Phanuef and Morrow for the original Trio, drop Boll and work on a trade involving Miller or Bryzgalov and Saku Koivu for a top fligth Dman to replcae Phanuef.
Worth it, no guarantee on Morrows production. Hes had injury problems and overall im not a big fan of Dallas, with those players they should be scoring alot more to back up Turco. Modano is getting old, never know what Ribeiro is going to do and Richards hasnt got comfortable with Dallas yet. OV should have another huge season with 100+ points and is getting much better in the defensive zone so +/- isnt a worry with him as much anymore, especially with him outscoring the other team, how could he be minus? Phaneuf is obviously one of the top defensemen in the league but really defense is the least necessary to have on a team, put together i would say Morrow and Phaneuf will have around 120 points 70 for morrow, 50 for phaneuf. OV will have around 100-115 with nylander back, and hes best friends with backstrom so the chemistry is there too, as well as semin on the powerplay to add PPP. Overall id say OV and Blake being on SJ where he'll get on the board a little more than LA the production will go your way in the trade. Goalies cancel each other out, Vokoun has solid games for sure, and will make at least 60 starts if hes healthy. While Bryzgalov still hasnt shown he can start that many games will be sharing time once again. So you have the slight edge on goalies as well. In my opinion do it!
